The Warranty is as follows:

  1. Replacement of defective units will be within one (1) year from phone delivery date. Phone must be in A-l packaging condition complete with all the accessories and manuals for replacement. Delivery receipt must also be presented when returning the defective unit to determine whether phone remains within warranty period.
